Women and Money Topic Women and money can be a powerful combination, as the San Vicente Valley Club will discover in a program during its next meeting on Jan. 28. "We must teach our daughters how to make choices in spending household money, since they will usually be responsible for this in the family," says Joy Childers, business development officer at Ramona National Bank. Childers will expand on this and other hints at the meeting. An eight-year resident of Ramona, she has 16 years of business expertise. Held at the San Vicente Inn, the 11:30 a.m. business meeting will be preceded by social time at 11 a.m. and followed by luncheon at noon. Reservations or cancellations may be made at the front desk of the Inn by Friday, Jan. 23. Those interested in attending or joining the SVVC may phone Karen Theim at (760) 788-4840. |
