Casino Design Meeting

A Casino Design meeting will be held March 15 and 16 in the Santa Ysabel Gym from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The open door process put on by the Santa Ysabel Council, Majestic Gaming and others, is for forming ideas of the design of the Casino.

The objectives of the Charrette include the following:

I. Stimulate team cohesion and information exchange

II. Formulate/compose a mission statement

– Design, build and man age gaming destination for people of Southern California

III. Define the Project Scope of Work

– Develop and establish a theme — Public areas/Private areas

– Develop and establish theprogram requirements Site issues/Structures/Buildings

IV. Obtain design acceptancefrom the Owner

– Define the project’s direction

– Owner’s authorization to proceed to the next phase
