Spencer Valley Dinner Theater

The Spencer Valley Educational Association was formed last year, and their first fundraiser was a Dinner Theater Event of "The Tempest."

The Association raised over $4400 from ticket sales and donations. This year they hope to raise even more to pay for tutoring, to support teachers, and for program enrichment for all students.

On Wednesday, May 19, beginning at 5 p.m., the performance of Shakespeare’s "As You Like It" will include an elegant dinner served in the Creative Arts Room. Tickets are $25 per person.

Susan Aurand has agreed to chair the event, but she needs lots of help from parents. If you would like to help with decorations, food, setting up and cleaning up, getting tables, chairs, etc. from other places, please contact Susan, Julie Weaver or recently added Board member, Carré Weischedel. They will work hard to make this event a great success.
