10:15 / Pre-parade activities: tribute to Steve Rucker by San Diego County Emerald Society bagpipers, fly-over vintage WWII aircraft, gunfight by Julian Doves and Desperadoes and Alpine Outlaws, patriotic speeches by elected officials, Miss Julian, fly-over by California Division of Forestry aircraft, fire fighting demonstration by local agencies, announcement of the winner of the raffle, patriotic singing.
