New Real Estate Associate Joins Mountain Farms Realty

Janet Gastil, owner-broker of Mountain Farms Realty in Julian, has announced another addition to her team of real estate professionals.

Sunny Morris, a native San Diegan with both La Jolla and Julian residences, has joined Mountain Farms Realty after having been a private real estate investor for 26 years.

While teaching in San Diego City Schools, Morris also invested in real estate. It was during a real estate transaction in Julian when Morris met Janet Gastil and her real estate team.

“I was impressed with Janet’s high ethical standards, her attention to detail, and the respect she gives to everyone, I knew then I wanted to work with Janet and her associates in a professional capacity,” said Morris.

Although Morris has traveled extensively, she has a great passion for the Julian area.

Another new member to Mountain Farms Realty is Kimberly Sample who joined the firm last August, Gastil announced.

Both Morris and Sample join Bonnie Sharron and Sheryll Rainey-Strickland who with many years of combined real estate experience round out the Mountain Farms Realty professionals.
