Julian Woman’s Club Hosts Quilt Show

The Julian Woman’s Club will be hosting their annual Heritage Quilt Show June 24th thru July 4th. They will be located in the upstairs of the Julian Town Hall from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year the theme will be “In the Garden,” and will feature both antique and new quilts. Most of the quilts are donated including this years “Opportunity Quilt,” which will be raffled off at the end of the show on July 4 at 4 p.m., winner does not need to be present to win. The raffle quilt has been won by a Julian resident for the last five years in a row, so please be sure to purchase your raffle tickets and keep the tradition alive. Raffle tickets are available for purchase at the show or by contacting Mary Ellen Thilken at (760) 765-1578.
