Are You Writing a Book? Want to Know How to Get it Published? Need a Little Direction?

Author Randy Ingermanson will be speaking on Friday at 6:30 p.m., June 24, at Mountain View Community Church on the subject “The Three Things You Must Have To Get Published.” Randy is the author of seven books, and has won numerous regional and national awards for his writing, including two Christy awards and a Silver Angel award. He is an entertaining speaker and appears frequently at writing conferences across the country. Randy will provide a free electronic copy of his notes exclusively to those who come to this talk. Real Estate Update Keller Williams Sponsors Pumpkin Growing Contest

It is spring and time to plant pumpkin seeds! Dee Martz, a realtor from Keller Williams Realty sponsors a yearly pumpkin growing contest. You don't need a green thumb and anyone can enter. Last year Bobby Laws on Progress Lane grew the 98 lb. winner and received $50 for his efforts.

4th Annual Coldwell Banker Associates Realty Art Show Mark you calendars for Saturday, June 4th. Coldwell Banker Associates Realty, located at 2130 Main Street, will be holding its 4th Annual Art Show. Many local artists, encompassing many medias, will have their work on display and available for purchase. As in previous years, there will be oil paintings, pastels, pottery, jewelry, watercolors, and other works of creativity.
