C.Y.T. SUMMER THEATER CAMP

Follow the yellow brick road to a day-camp like no other! The week of August 15-19, at Hillside Community Church (3rd & C Streets, Julian), Christian Youth Theater will present the 2005 theme Wizard of Oz for students age 6 – grade 6 (as of fall 2005).

Musical theater camp will run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Camp staff will be onsite from 8:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.) Before and after care supervision is not available.

Campers will enjoy making new friends as they build performance skills and learn self-confidence and teamwork. Children will be given hands-on, multi-faceted theater experience as they are exposed to workshops on musical theater, voice, dance, and drama. Other activities include high-energy games, water balloons, set painting, clowning, and rehearsals for the Friday showcase for family and friends.

The cost of $185 includes all activities and camp t-shirt. Financial assistance is available.
