Sara Barnat, second from left, of Ramona High School, was the winner of the Ramona Rotary Club's annual Four-Way Test Speech Contest, held Jan. 31. She received $100 and will move onto regional competiion with winners from other inland North County high schools. They represented Mountain Valley Academy, Ramona High School and Sun Valley Charter High School respectively. The students could give a speech on any topic they desired, but they had to incorporate the application of the Rotary Four-Way Test into it: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned?
