Century 21 Receives Top Honors
Arnie Fry has reason to be bragging. This is the 17th continuous year the Century 21 office in Ramona has been awarded the coveted Centurion Award for sales. The international honor goes to Century 21 real estate offices that rank in the top 1 percent of the more than 5,000 Century 21 offices worldwide. In addition to the award for the office, four Century 21 real estate agents will be honored with individual awards later this month at the company's convention in Las Vegas. "Nobody sells more real estate in this town," Fry boasted. Philip Crocker, Patti Guerrero and Teri Merry earned the right to the Centurion Awards for the amount of real estate they sold in 2005. Karen Clendenen will be honored with the Double Centurion Award for her accomplishments in the real estate business. The Centurion Award is the highest award for Century 21 sales achievement. The awardees are part of the 45-member staff at the Century 21 office in Ramona. Crocker and Guerrero have been with the office since 1992 and Merry came onboard in 2001. Clendenen joined Century 21 seven years ago. "I'm proud of the real estate agents working for Century 21 in Ramona," said Fry, who is the broker/owner of the local office. "They are very professional and strive to stay abreast of all the current changes in the real estate industry." The family-owned Century 21 has been in business here for 20 years. It is the largest and oldest active real estate office in Ramona. It is located at 1306 Main St., with a second office at 23680 San Vicente Road in Country Estates.
