On Saturday, April 29 from 9 to 10 a.m. over 40 Rotarians from the Ramona Rotary Club will be sealing decks and installing rain gutters at Michael's House as part of the district-wide "Rotarians at Work" Day.

Helping Michael's House is a project that Ramona Rotary has been assisting for years," said Greg Chick, the Club's "Rotarian at Work" chairperson. "Several years ago Ramona Rotary Club and Day Company built the deck. We seal it every other year. This year we will also install rain gutters so the residents will not get wet going in and out the door. Exemplifying the Rotary motto "Service Above Self," up to 3,700 Rotarians from 60 clubs in San Diego and Imperial counties and Baja Rotary will congregate in their respective neighborhoods to perform hands-on community service.

Michael's House is located at 2130 San Vicente Road.

The public is welcome.
