Ramona National Bank Chairman Announces New President/CEO

John Farkash, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ramona National Bank announces the appointment of John F. McGrath as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McGrath comes to the Bank with over 35 years of banking experience with extensive executive bank management including successful tenures as President and CEO of Heritage Bank of Commerce; President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank of San Francisco; and President and CEO of Sacramento First National Bank. John replaces the former Interim CEO, Shelly Hicks, who resumes her duties as Chief Financial Officer.

Farkash stated, "John is the best person available in the state for a bank our size and I am very impressed with his high ethical standards and previous track record."

McGrath said, "I am delighted to be associated with Ramona National Bank and see many opportunities for growth in San Diego, Orange and Riverside Counties. I look forward to expanding the bank's role in facilitating the needs of the businesses and professionals in the communities we service."

Ramona National Bank opened in 2001 as an FDIC insured national bank. It is headquartered in Ramona, California with full service offices in both Ramona and La Mesa, and an SBA loan production office in La Palma.
