Chuck LeMenager, Chair of the Ramona Rotary Club Scholarship committee presented Ramona High School graduate Erin McMillin her second $1000 check on July 18 for her continuing education at Grossmont College. After completing Grossmont, McMillin plans to enter San Diego State University.
