Rose Among Coldwell Banker's Top 30

Teresa Rose is among Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Top 30 sales associates in its San Diego/Inland Empire region as of the end of June.

Rose, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker's Ramona office, earned the company's International President's Elite award last year, which means her annual sales placed her among the top 3 percent of Coldwell Banker's 126,000 sales associates across the world.

"My buyers and sellers mean so much to me," Rose said. "They trust me with guiding them in one of the largest financial decisions they will make in their lifetimes. It's rewarding to negotiate on their behalf and advise them on how to make their transaction a success."

A native of Southern California, Rose has lived in Ramona for 16 years. She has four daugthers.
