"Looking Back as we go Forward" was the theme of the Ramona Chamber of Commerce Installation and Awards Banquet held on January 13, 2007.

Accepting the Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of Otila Woodhall was her husband, Adrian Woodhall and niece, Judy Harrington. Photos by Carol Kinney Business of the Year Award went to Ramona Food and Clothes Closet. Accepting the award from Patrick Meskell was Brian Moore, RFCC Manager. Janine Koffel received the Citizen of the Year Award. Darrell Beck, author of On Memory's Back Trail, was the guest speaker. The Ramona Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year Award given to RussAnn Zazas by Jeanne Wood.
