Elementary Royal Alliance Honor Band of Ramona

This year 71 children are participating in the Elementary Royal Alliance Honor Band of Ramona lead by band teacher Mr. Karl Lampe. The Honor Band practices after school and on weekends so this is in addition the regular band program offered through the schools.

February fundraising efforts will go towards the costs of a Spring Festival that the children are competing in and a trip to Knott's Berry farm where they will play some very challenging pieces. Any funds left over they will remain in the Music fund for much needed instruments for the band program in our Elementary schools.

There are over 300 Elementary children participating in the regular band program in our local and as a result had a severe shortage of instruments.
