Imagine an elegant kitchen complete with granite countertops, lush pecan stained cabinets, a mosaic tile back splash and top-of-the-line cooking appliances. Even an amateur chef could prepare a four-course, five-star meal in a dream kitchen such as this.

At We're Innovative, President and General Manager Thomas Cook dares his clients to dream big, because his job is to turn their dreams into reality.

With more than 10 years of experience, Cook has been designing and creating one-of-a-kind kitchens, baths, home offices and entertainment centers.

Using state-of-the-art technology, Cook and his crew can create a three-dimensional, computer-generated representation of a specific area designated for remodel. The software includes details such as hard surface material, cabinet species, flooring substances, and finishing touches like wall coloring and lighting.

Once the plans are approved, the software can be linked to Cabinet Vision, a computer numerically controlled router that guarantees within a 1/10 of a millimeter of accuracy.

Cook says he enjoys keeping up with the latest trends and technology, "without loosing old-world craftsmanship."

He takes pride in offering superior customer service and surrounds himself with experts like Operations Manager Wade Harbeck who has 38 years of industry experience.

Commercial business development specialist Nathan Bowen has 12 years of expertise while residential project manager Matt Renner has over nine years experience and Gayle Smith has been office manager for four years.

Cook explains that about 80 percent of their projects are residential while the balance is commercial.

A recent accomplishment includes remodeling a downstairs eatery at Petco Park in Spring 2007. The biggest challenge of that job was matching existing cabinets, stainless steel, glass and quartz countertops.

When asked what is the best part of his job, Cook says that he love the "wow factor," being able to make his customers go "WOW!" when they see the finished results.

In fall 2007, Cook will open a 10,000-square-foot designer showroom/library and manufacturing facility, allowing customers to see and feel sample products while they daydream about a space that We're Innovative can convert into reality.
