Intermountain Fire & Rescue - "Mad Hatter" Fundraiser

A fundraiser will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, to benefit the Intermountain Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department. The event will be hosted by the Intermountain Auxiliary, the "Hot Spots." The event will include a Mad Hatter tea party luncheon and live auction, to be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m, at the home of Bruce and Debbie Steingraber of Ramona.

Tickets are $35 and include the tea and luncheon. Guests are encouraged to wear their "maddest hat;" hats will also be for sale. There will be judging and prizes for the hats. Sponsorships, from $25 up to $1,000, will be offered. Intermountain Fire and Rescue Department was established in 1988 and serves an area of 125 square miles. The Department is 100% volunteer. The Hot Spots are a group of local residents who have supported Intermountain for the past three years.
