Chamber of Commerce Nominations

Ramona Chamber of Commerce nominations are now open for the Ramona Citizen of the Year Award, the Ramona Business of the Year Award and the Ramona Lifetime Achievement Award.

Ramona residents are invited to nominate an individual or business, and those selected will be honored at the annual installation banquet on

Jan. 12, 2008. Nominees should be noted for having made outstanding contributions to the community.

The Nomination Committee will consider many criteria for each award, which may include community involvement, volunteerism, impact of activities, leadership, reputation, and contributions of time, materials and ideas. Nominees need not be Chamber of Commerce members.

Nomination forms are available at the Ramona Chamber of Commerce office, 960 Main Street, and from the Ramona Home Journal, 709 D St., Suite 201. Forms must be returned no later than Dec. 15 to the Ramona Chamber of Commerce.
